This is much more than a recruiting role. You will support the entire staffing process, ensuring we attract, hire, onboard, schedule, retain, and support outstanding caregivers while delivering exceptional service to our clients and referral partners.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships with both caregivers and clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

This position offers a clear pathway into Operations Management, Workforce Management, Recruiting Leadership, or Business Development for high-performing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedule changes, call-outs, emergencies, and last-minute coverage.

  • Communicate scheduling updates professionally with caregivers and clients.

  • Monitor caregiver availability and utilization to maximize efficiency.

Caregiver Onboarding & Compliance
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding from acceptance through first shift.

  • Collect and verify all required employment documentation.

  • Track licenses, certifications, physicals, TB tests, CPR, driver's licenses, and other compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and credential reviews.

  • Ensure employee records remain accurate and compliant with state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.

  • Support ongoing caregiver compliance and recertification.

Caregiver Experience & Retention
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for caregivers throughout their employment.

  • Build strong relationships that improve engagement and retention.

  • Conduct regular caregiver check-ins.

  • Address concerns professionally and elevate issues appropriately.

  • Recognize caregiver achievements and support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Help create an outstanding caregiver experience from day one.

Client Experience & Care Coordination
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients.

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
