The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a caring Caregiver for The Springs at Grand Park in Billings, MT. You will help residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support their dignity and independence in a home-like setting.

At The Springs at Grand Park, we're looking for dependable, caring individuals who take pride in helping others and want to be part of a team that makes a difference every day.

Current Shift Openings

• Morning: 6 AM – 2 PM
• Evening: 2 PM – 10 PM

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll support residents with their daily needs while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and other needs outlined in their service plans.
• Build trusting relationships through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Support residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs, preferences, and condition to the appropriate team members.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work collaboratively with Caregivers, Med Techs, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.

What You'll Bring

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Hands-on training is provided.
