AmeriCare Plus In-Home Personal Care Agency in Hayes, VA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a full-time, day schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). You will connect caregivers to clients, solve scheduling and urgent-care challenges, and ensure reliable, compassionate service.

• Own the daily staffing puzzle - matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately.
• Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs.
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust.
• Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay).
