AmeriCare Plus in Hayes, VA seeks an Agency Manager to lead our in-home personal care and live-in services, guiding a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral partners, while overseeing daily agency operations.

The ideal candidate is mission-driven, organized, and experienced in healthcare marketing or home care, with strong leadership and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

Community Outreach & Growth

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
• Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
• Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
• Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions
