AmeriCare Plus In-Home Personal Care Agency in Hayes, VA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a full-time daytime role. You will connect caregivers to clients who rely on our services every day and be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring accurate schedules and responsive problem solving.

Ideal candidates are organized, compassionate, and comfortable with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office. You’ll participate in on-call rotation with additional pay and help grow our trusted caregiver

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
• A compassionate, client‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately
• Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust
• Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high‑quality, dependable care
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (with additional pay)
