Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Staffing Analysts to coordinate staffing assignments across multiple service lines and serve as the primary contact for families regarding staffing and scheduling. The role also involves managing clinician availability and maintaining accurate documentation.

are responsible for all coordination, planning, and communication related to staffing assignments for BHT, BHT-ABA, BC, MT, and BC-ABA. Staffing Analysts will track and organize the needs of all learners ensuring all service lines are staffed promptly. Staffing Analysts will also be responsible for office communications to families, in addition to providing program knowledge, support, and assistance to all guardians and service providers.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
