Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a CNA with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator. Pay is $20.00 - $25.50 per hour with full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be an active CNA.
• High school education or equivalent is desirable.
• Some previous office experience is desirable.
• Must possess a current health certificate/examination as required by State agencies.

Responsibilities

• Administer the distribution and inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain schedules and all records pertaining to nursing staff schedules.
• Know staffing patterns and ensure staffing patterns are maintained.
• Take calls for call-ins and report to Director of Nursing; replace staff call-ins.
• Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the Director of Nursing's direction and approval.
• May complete administrative assistant duties for Director of Nursing as requested.
• Keep paperwork and records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc., and inform the Director of Nursing of all areas.
• Know and comply with Resident Rights and ensure Resident Rights are maintained at all times.
