Avalon Health Care Group in Roosevelt, Utah is seeking a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility and feeding, and support a compassionate environment for residents and families. Qualified applicants have completed a Nurse Assistant Training program and will obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.

This full-time, on-site role offers an on-call schedule, an extended orientation, and benefits

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).

Job description

The Non-Certified Nurse Assistant will perform direct resident care duties, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with mobility and feeding. They will work with the caregiving team to ensure a compassionate environment and address the needs of residents and their families.

Qualifications

Completed a Nurse Assistant Training; Certificate required Must obtain the Certified Nurse Assistant Certification within 120-days of hire Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors. Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-employment physical exam, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
