Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of Staffing Coordinator experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Handle With Care and BLS for Providers required; training offered at the facility.
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing for all nursing units using UKG and coordinate coverage for PTO.
• Review staffing with CNO to ensure acuity adherence; provide overtime and temporary agency reports to CFO.
