Job summary

Quail Run Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to provide department staffing support for nursing units and the CNO.

Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing based on acuity, coordinating with CNO/Nurse Managers/House Supervisors, managing PTO coverage, and processing calls/absences. The role offers growth opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Staffing Coordinator; 3 to 5 years preferred.
• Handle With Care and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Providers required.
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing for all nursing units, considering acuity, and coordinate with CNO/Nurse Managers/House Supervisors.
• Provide weekly overtime, 1:1 status, and temporary agency reports to CFO.
