Job summary

Sullivan County is seeking a Full Time Staffing Coordinator to support the nursing department and ensure 24/7 staffing coverage for residents. The role involves scheduling, payroll review, and coordination with HR and DON within a county-funded facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and a commitment to maintaining compliant records and providing excellent service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic office procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing coordination to ensure 24/7 nursing coverage.
• Oversee transportation needs of residents as required.
• Maintain online scheduling and liaise with scheduling program vendor.
• Review payroll inputs and ensure accurate punch times and scheduling records.
• Maintain staff directory and inform HR of changes.
• Assist with agency staffing and ensure trainings/orientation are completed.
• Interview applicants for LNA positions as needed and coordinate with DON.
• Assist DON and HR with payroll tasks as needed.
