We are seeking a professional, organized, and positive Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Wichita. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, serving as the primary bridge between our clinical teams and Human Resources to ensure our facility is safely staffed and our employees are supported from day one.

What You Will Do:

The Staffing Coordinator works independently to meet growth and staffing objectives, ensuring all shifts are fully staffed in accordance with KVC policies and regulatory standards (DOL/EEOC).

Strategic Staffing: Analyze workload and client census to determine needs; collaborate with management and external agencies to maintain required staff-to-client ratios.

Recruitment Liaison: Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates against job requirements and scheduling interviews.

Operations Support: Create accurate schedules and FTE reports, monitor overtime/attendance, and assist with payroll verification and leave administration.

Direct Support: Maintain proficiency in safety certifications (SCM, Ukeru, CPR) to provide floor coverage during staffing gaps (approximately 10% of working hours).

What We Are Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma required. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Experience in a 24/7 work environment with staffing and scheduling responsibilities is highly preferred.

Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic knowledge of employment law is required.

Requirements: A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required.

Physical Requirements:
