  • Two+ years of direct care experience in a residential or psychiatric setting.
  • Two+ years of management experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education, management, and direct care experience acceptable.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

  • Promote a physically and emotionally safe, trauma-informed environment.
  • Conduct team huddles and shift turnovers to communicate client needs and treatment goals.

  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
  • Monitor client safety, treatment engagement, and program quality.

  • Provide leadership during crisis intervention and emergency situations.
  • Foster a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Education -

Physical Requirements
