The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with 3+ years in staffing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Must thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical positions.
• Manage onboarding, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, and employee orientations.
• Respond to client job orders quickly while maintaining high-quality placement standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and prospective candidates.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, call-offs, replacements, and shift coverage.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
