Job summary

The Candidate Source is seeking a driven, numbers-minded person to join our recruiting team. You’ll support light industrial and manufacturing accounts, calling applicants, scheduling interviews, and moving candidates toward starts while tracking progress in our system.

This role offers hands-on training, a clear path to a Recruiter role with uncapped bonus potential, and a close team where results are noticed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, staffing, retail or restaurant leadership.
• Competitive, coachable and motivated by tracking numbers.
• Comfortable on the phone all day and talking with people.
• Organized and able to handle many moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct, respectful conversations about attendance and expectations.
• Reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits.
• Recruiting experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with applicants, schedule interviews, and move candidates forward.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to build recruiting skills.
• Hit weekly targets for candidate conversations, interviews, and starts.
• Complete new hire onboarding and keep records accurate in our system.
• Support on-site check-ins, orientations, and first-day starts at client locations.
• Make attendance and follow-up calls to associates on assignment.
