Job Summary

Position Details

Type: On-site (remote work unavailable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Location: Hollywood, FL

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Interviewing applicants for ABA Therapist and RBT positions to initiate onboarding.
• Collaborating with the onboarding/credentialing team to ensure progress and efficiency.
• Staffing cases based on needs and regulations.
• Recruiting efforts and outreach to maintain a steady stream of incoming staff.
• Processing new hire documentation, contracts, and negotiations.
