We are currently seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to hire Direct Services staff. This role might be perfect if you enjoy communicating with and assisting field-based job candidates, handling detail-oriented administrative work, and if you:

Regular Job Duties:
  • Review and screen applicants for direct care positions, ensuring prerequisites are met;
  • Conduct legally compliant interviews with candidates;
  • Build positive relationships with applicants while promoting AZA United's benefits and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; college degree or professional certification a plus;
  • Experience with interviewing and applicant tracking systems preferred;
  • Minimum of one year in a related role, preferably in a nonprofit, human services, or healthcare setting (knowledge of DDD Services and HCBS is a plus);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required;
  • Must obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and meet all other hiring requirements, including valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration.
