A leading healthcare provider in St. Louis is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing activities within the Nursing Resources Department. This role involves coordinating staff allocation, evaluating coverage needs, and assisting with administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and some experience in healthcare. The position requires overnight shifts and offers comprehensive benefits from day one.
Christian Hospital has an opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to support the nursing resources department.
Must be able to work 3 12 hour overnight (7p-7a) shifts. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Must be able to train on day shift for several weeks.
Previous experience working in healthcare is a plus!

The Nursing Resources Department is responsible for the 24 management of the major functions over nursing, clerical, and ancillary staff.
Role Purpose
Responsible for coordinating the allocation of staffing activities within the department. May perform other departmental support duties, including payroll functions.
