Rumford Community Home is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join ourteam!

This is a Full Time, benefits eligible position.

Position Summary:

Maintains, coordinates, and plans staffing for the nursing department; maintaining personnel files, tracking licenses and certifications, and supporting the hiring process of the nursing department as requested.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language in an understandable manner
  • Possess current, valid Maine personal care support certification
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of common business office machines
  • Able to maintain and file personal records and medical records in accordance with established policies/ procedures
