Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a proactive Staffing Coordinator to support client-direct hiring across the United States. The role will involve recruiting candidates at events and via phone/video, screening for fit, and preparing candidates for interviews and work experiences.

This in-person, entry-level position is based at our client warehouse in Logan Township and requires on-site presence Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with potential overtime. Graduate in Business or Marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service role.
• 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR preferred.
• Strong office admin skills (Outlook, MS Office)
• Ability to work in person overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates via in-person events, video and phone interviews.
• Ensure quality of approved candidates for hiring teams and prep them for interviews and work experience.
• Understand profiles required to provide successful candidates to clients.
• Approve or dismiss candidates following the screening, and prep the approved candidates to be successful for their new job.
• Complete I-9, drug test and all pre-hire requirements for each candidate.
• Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with candidates, internal teams and client.
• Follow up and drive conversion of candidates in pipeline.
• Meet all required compliance reports weekly.

This position will play an integral role in helping to meet the demands of our client direct hire staffing throughout the United States.
This role is based at our client warehouse in Logan Townshipand cannot work remotely.
Work Hours-20-40 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What you’ll do:
