Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator:

• Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll within a healthcare setting.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating requests for appropriate coverage.
• Complete and post work sheets/time schedules; coordinate variances with the DNS.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
