Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to organize and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs in a senior living community near Gulfport, MS. You will ensure coverage aligns with budgeted labor hours and participate in on-call rotations to support resident care needs.

You will collaborate with clinical and operations leadership, maintain records, and assist with onboarding, training tracking, and competency documentation to uphold high-quality care and team

Qualifications

• Prior experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs.
• Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours.
