Qualifications

• Prior experience in staffing coordination or workforce management.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs.
• Ensure coverage aligns with budgeted labor hours.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Coordinate work assignments and staffing adjustments.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new staff.
• Track training requirements and competency documentation.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and staffing reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.
