Job summary

Crestmoor Health and Rehabilitation Center LLC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate resident coverage and care. A valid CNA certificate is required, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines is essential.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and timely scheduling for review by Nursing leadership to support growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and monitors monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in an efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures, and in compliance with governmental regulations to ensure adequate coverage to deliver quality care to our residents.
• Demonstrates commitment to company's mission, values and standards of ethical behavior.
• Models a positive and professional image that emulates the organization's mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers.
• Prepares daily, bi-weekly and monthly schedules for nursing staff to provide adequate coverage for resident care.
• Schedules completely and in a timely fashion for review by Director of Nursing and/or Assistant Director of Nursing.

POSITION SUMMARY

Creates and monitors monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in an efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures, and in compliance with governmental regulations to ensure adequate coverage to deliver quality care to our residents. *Must have a valid CNA Certificate*

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all times
• Respects and upholds all residents' personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties, including knocking before entering a resident's room.
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares daily, bi-weekly and monthly schedules for nursing staff to provide adequate coverage for resident care.
• Schedules completely and in a timely fashion for review by Director of Nursing and/or Assistant Director of Nursing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

* Must have Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate

• Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
