Elevate Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Nursing Scheduler to join our team in the United States. You will manage staff schedules to ensure full nursing coverage, support residents, and collaborate with nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Staffing Coordination or Scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create & Maintain Staff Schedules – ensure nursing teams are scheduled for all shifts with full coverage.
• Monitor Staffing Levels – track availability, request time off, adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with Nursing & HR Teams – collaborate with leadership to resolve staffing challenges.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations – ensure staffing aligns with state and federal rules.
• Assist with On-Call Staff Scheduling – coordinate on-call nurses as needed.
• Handle Staffing Changes – respond to absences or shift swaps to maintain operations.
• Maintain Records – keep accurate records of schedules and attendance.
