In this sales-first role, you will prospect and manage accounts, while also recruiting and matching candidates to align with client requirements. The goal is to build repeat business, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and support successful placements through responsive, high-quality staffing service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, network, and engage prospective clients to develop new business opportunities and generate job orders.
• Build and expand client relationships by identifying hiring needs, presenting staffing solutions, and creating repeat business.
• Manage a sales pipeline by tracking activity, maintaining follow-up, and working toward measurable revenue and placement goals.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and match qualified candidates to client hiring needs.
• Negotiate and influence hiring decisions to close staffing opportunities with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term account growth.
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver responsive, high-quality staffing and recruiting service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 per year.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid.
