AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong recruiting and client expansion background for a direct hire opportunity in the staffing industry. This hybrid role supports building client relationships, developing new business, and managing a full desk in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers base salary up to $65K plus commissions, with great earning potential and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level direct hire roles and high-volume staffing projects.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to identify additional hiring needs and revenue opportunities.
• Prospect, network, and bring in new client opportunities within the local market.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to client companies.
• Partner with clients to understand job requirements, hiring goals, timelines, and workforce challenges.
• Maintain a fast-paced recruiting desk with strong follow-up, pipeline management, and activity discipline.
