Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter for our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA.

This full-time role focuses on recruiting healthcare professionals, including Mental Health, RN/LPNs, and management, with travel 10–15% to sites and events. You will manage full life-cycle recruitment, partner with site management, and maintain candidate databases, contributing to contract requirements and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources or related field required.
• 10-15% travel.
• Experience in health care recruiting is highly desirable.
• Three (3)+ years progressive experience in staffing/recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various recruitment strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting resources for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment.
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate on-site interviews.
• Identify and develop networking activities such as attending career fairs and partnering with schools.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires with Staffing Coordinators and hiring managers including negotiation of offers.
• Maintain vacancy reports and open position reports for assigned contracts and ensure ongoing communication with HR and site management.

Position Summary

The Staffing Consultant will recruit qualified healthcare professionals with a specific focus on Mental Health Professionals, RN/LPNs, and management positions in addition to various exempt and non-exempt staff. The Staffing Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates in order to meet assigned contract requirements. Staffing Consultants are accountable for the full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to pre-screening, strategic recruitment, planning, communication with site management, and maintaining the talent acquisition database of all candidate information. In this position, you will work in our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA with some travel to various sites and events.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates to build a solid candidate network through various recruitment strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment.
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and collaborate with the site and Staffing Coordinators to facilitate on-site interviews.
• Identify and develop networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, partnering with schools to schedule lunch and learns, etc.
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires with Staffing Coordinators and hiring managers including negotiation of offers, preparation of offer letters, etc.
• Maintain appropriate reports including vacancy report and open position report for assigned contract.
• Maintain communication between human resource department, candidates, contract administration, site managers, and regional management.
