ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
• Conduct New Hire orientation and complete and follow up on all new hire paperwork.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow‑up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.
• Handle the administrative aspects of the Computer Based Training Process, including scheduling and follow‑up with all trainees, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Training Department.
• Communicate with the Management team to address current staffing needs.
• Track diversity initiatives and retention issues to report to the HR Specialist for follow‑through.
• Conduct exit interviews with all associates who terminate employment.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
