United Methodist Communities is seeking a Staffing Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for per diem roles in New Jersey. The position offers $24 per hour with shift differentials and flexible day/evening/night schedules to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Fill in and provide coverage for open and agreed upon shifts.
• Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members.
