Job summary

United Methodist Communities in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Staffing Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for per diem shifts. Earn $24/hour with evening/nights/weekend differentials and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You will provide daily personal care, follow resident care plans, document appropriately, conduct rounds, assist during meals, and support mobility. Eligible candidates have NJ CNA certification, at least 6 months LTC experience, flu vaccination, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification.
• At least 6 months experience working in long-term care.
• Flu vaccination required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Fill shifts and cover open shift assignments.
• Provide daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Follow care plans and document for continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds for consistent, individualized support.
• Assist with mealtimes and mobility equipment.
• Build connections and collaborate with team.

What You'll Do:
