Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fill in and provide coverage for open and agreed upon shifts.
• Provide daily personal care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Follow resident care plans and complete documentation to support continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members.
