Technical Business Development Representativeto generate new business, bring in requisitions (reqs), and secure meetings with hiring managers. This is a
performance-basedrole, with
monthly payand lucrative
incentivesfor each qualified req. Success in this role is based on your performance, and we’re looking for someone who can
prove their valuewithin the first
30 days.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage yourexisting Rolodex and networkto generate and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry, specifically for technical roles.
- Bring inqualified requisitions (reqs)and secure meetings with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs.
- Proactively identify and target new clients in need of staffing solutions, building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate your ability to produce results and bring in business within30 days.
- Work independently to manage your business development efforts and achieve growth targets.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure the fulfillment of client reqs and provide quality talent.
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience inbusiness development within the staffing industry, particularly in technical recruiting.
- Existing Rolodex of contactsand the ability to immediately bring in qualified requisitions (reqs).
- Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline of opportunities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in securing meetings with hiring managers and filling staffing needs.
- Ability toprove performancewithin the first30 days.
- Experience working on a1099 contractor basiswith performance-based compensation.
Compensation Package:- Base Monthly Salary: $3,500/month for consistent performance and base pay.
- Incentives: Lucrative pay perqualified requisitionbrought in, with performance-based bonuses for successful outcomes.
