Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Staffing Branch Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment on-site at our South Indianapolis location. This role, with a Monday–Friday schedule, offers up to $65k annually depending on experience.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate onboarding, and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction with workers and process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of staffing experience.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience.
• High level of honesty, strong work ethic and common sense.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs and understand job specifications.
• Follow up with clients on open orders regarding progress.
• Source candidates through networking, job sites, career fairs, etc.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone and in person).
• Administer assessments, pre-employment testing and reference/background checks.
• Extend offers of employment based on company process.
• Coordinate new hire on-boarding process and input data into Bullhorn.
• Provide guidance to field staff and ensure client satisfaction.
