Job summary

The Reserves Network is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to generate new business through outside sales, networking, lead generation, and client meetings. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a regional territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Energetic, self-starter with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Clear written and oral communication in a professional manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to navigate multiple tools and systems professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and development of leads for a regional area via networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
• Qualify potential new business and negotiate pricing and payment terms per guidelines.
• Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers.
• Partner with Regional Director to implement territory marketing strategies.
• Meet sales goals and exceed metrics.
• Report activity regularly in the CRM Avionte Bold.
