Job summary

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is seeking a Staffing Specialist for our Las Vegas, NV office. This full-time role focuses on recruiting, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the applicant process from screen to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and knowledge of ATS will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with applicant databases and ATS.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Confer with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Review and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Perform job/task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews with reliable tools/methods.
• Assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes of applicants.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
• Verify references, conduct background checks, and facilitate pre-employment testing.
• Act as primary contact and manage communication with associates.
• Extend offers and manage negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant data base.

Requirements
