This role drives governance, risk management, budget oversight, executive communication, and overall program success while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with approved scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.

  • Establish, lead, and continuously improve program governance structures, including working teams, program steering committees, and executive steering committees, ensuring effective decision-making, communication, and accountability.
  • Own program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), with a focus on cross-functional and cross-vendor dependencies, contract considerations, delivery risks, and program quality.
  • Manage vendor performance against contracted scope, statements of work, delivery commitments, and quality standards, proactively addressing risks and driving resolution of performance issues.
  • Own program-level budget oversight, including spend tracking, budget exposure, contract variances, and visibility into at‑risk or unplanned expenditures across vendor engagements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Manager(s) responsible for individual workstreams, ensuring workstream plans align with and support overall program objectives.
  • Establish and maintain program governance for implementation, release management, deployment processes, and delivery standards in partnership with technical and engineering teams, holding implementation partners accountable to established governance.
  • Provide executive‑level program reporting by synthesizing workstream progress, risks, dependencies, budget status, and overall program health into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.
  • Own program-level change management by evaluating the cumulative impact of scope, schedule, and resource changes across workstreams and vendors, providing recommendations and trade‑offs to executive leadership.
  • Foster strong partnerships across business leaders, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful program outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven (7) or more years of program or project management experience, including at least three (3) years leading complex, multi‑vendor technology implementation programs.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology implementation programs, preferably involving multiple implementation partners.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing executive governance structures for large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, statements of work, and program budgets.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience communicating complex program information to executive leadership and providing decision‑ready recommendations.
  • Experience with enterprise platform implementations, including Salesforce or similar CRM technologies.
  • Experience within healthcare, staffing, or another regulated industry.
