Job summary

EPIC STAFFING GROUP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4–6 month engagement to support a customer project in life sciences recruitment. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offers, while guiding teams and maintaining high candidate experience.

Join a dynamic, data-driven environment focused on collaboration, growth, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. Travel ~4 weeks in three months may be required; remote work is not specified.

Qualifications

  • Two years of full cycle recruiting in life sciences (commercial experience preferred).
  • Ability to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients and RPO guidelines.
  • Experience operating within ATS and maintaining candidate records and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan recruiting strategies with leadership and clients to achieve high fill rates.
  • Source candidates via database, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to assess skills, fit, and critical success factors; submit candidates per guidelines.
  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle from submission through offer, coordinating interviews and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with employment laws; support high-volume programs.

About the Position:

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external clients, providing consultative guidance and data-driven insights to support effective hiring strategies. This role leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across high-volume programs, managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate qualification, and offer processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner also guides and supports recruiting teams and contributes to continuous process optimization withinan RPO delivery model.

We are looking to add a temporary team member for a 4–6 month engagement supporting a customer project.

What You’ll Do:
  • Participate in planning with team leadership toidentifyrecruiting strategies, client needs, and methods that achieve the highest fill rates, while providing input on system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Source potential candidates through the company database, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, expanding the network of qualified talent.

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and critical success factors using behavioral and situational techniques, then qualify andsubmitcandidates per clientand RPOguidelines.

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including submission, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, closing, and all related administrative components, whilemaintainingstrong communicationwith candidates from application through placement.

  • Negotiate compensation packages with consideration for individual andteamgross margin goals and extend offers of employment on behalf of the client.

  • MaintainaccurateATS records and ensure all recruitment activitiescomply withfederal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Support large-scale, high-volume recruiting programs byleveragingexpertiseinRPO delivery, ATS management, process optimization, and event-based hiring.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to recruiting teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and adherence to SOPs and client processes.

  • Partner closely with internal and external leadership on key initiatives, project planning, and process enhancements, applying strategic, data-driven insights to drive efficient hiring and continuous improvement.

  • Build and sustain strong, consultative client relationships and proactivelyidentifyand resolve challenges while influencing outcomes and adapting to diverse client needs.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor activity, recommending enhancements to recruitment strategies and overall departmental effectiveness.

  • Travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period, to support client hiring events, special projects, and team initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Twoyears offull cyclerecruiting in life sciences; commercial experience preferred.

  • Possessan overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, andjob’simpact to the organization.

  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.

  • Work independently, see business needs and proactivelyaccomplishthem for the betterment of their team and the organization.

  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action,utilizetime.

  • Proactively obtain and share informationtailored to the audience.

  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.

  • Affect or change others' positions and opinions.

  • Engage effectively in dialogue.

Salary: Annualized at $75,000 - $96,000 (actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment)

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
