Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler in Springfield, IL. You will develop and maintain balanced unit schedules in collaboration with Department Leaders and perform timecard maintenance to ensure accurate records.

The role includes analyzing scheduling trends to improve resource utilization while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of scheduling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong teamwork and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with scheduling and time/attendance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
