Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe seeks dependable, team-oriented Assisted Living Caregivers to provide compassionate care for residents in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., DSP or similar roles are valued, and CNAs are welcome although not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking dependable, team-oriented care professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful Assisted Living Caregiver candidates are confident providing exceptional care for multiple residents living within our community. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued.

C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
