United Counseling Service of Bennington County Inc. seeks a Specialized Services Provider to deliver individualized supports to a person with an intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder in the community.

This role involves 24/7 supervision across Battelle Crisis Stabilization House, an independent apartment, hotel/motel, or Airbnb. Under the direction of the Shared Living Program Coordinator, you will provide compassionate care, document progress, and collaborate with clinical staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Relevant experience in human services field preferred
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide services in a respectful, friendly, and professional manner supporting client choice
• Advocate for consumers with family, peers, and community members as needed
• Collect data and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate with staff and team members to coordinate supports
