Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced Staff Verification Engineer to verify and model mixed-signal automotive power management devices, including PMICs and switching regulators. Qualifications

• Experience in mixed-signal verification of PMICs and power management devices.
• Proven ability to design verification environments using RNM and AMS models.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q200).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect mixed-signal verification environments for PMICs.
• Develop verification plans and strategies for automotive PMIC products.
• Lead debugging for analog blocks including switching regulators and LDOs.
• Set up and optimize GLS flows, correlating with RTL results.
• Conduct RTL and Gate-Level simulations across PVT corners.
• Collaborate with Design, ATE, Silicon Validation for handoffs.
• Troubleshoot design issues involving analog-digital interactions.
• Improve verification tools, methodologies, and AI-based solutions.
• Create and maintain verification documentation, test plans, and coverage.
