• 8+ years of applied UX/user research experience across SaaS or ecommerce a plus.
• Ability to lead research strategy and roadmaps independently.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods with strong synthesis.
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating impact at executive level.
