Job summary

AfterShip, a remote-first post-purchase SaaS company, seeks a Senior User Researcher to own end-to-end studies for one or more post-purchase product areas. Translate merchant and shopper behavior into clear, actionable direction for product, design, and leadership.

You'll collaborate with Product, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering, reporting to the Manager of User Research. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the United States, with possible collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Own research for a product area with minimal oversight.
• Proficient with multiple qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify research topics and own end-to-end studies for post-purchase areas.
• Design and run primary research using diverse methods to inform decisions.
• Manage research plans amid fast-changing priorities with stakeholders.
• Communicate results with actionable recommendations to product teams.
• Define and track research impact on product outcomes.
