Databricks is seeking a Staff Unified Communications Engineer to lead the evolution of our global communication and workplace technology. You will build reliable, scalable systems, from office launches to executive spaces, across offices worldwide, partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will own enterprise voice/conferencing, AV, networking, and automation efforts, driving standards, performance, and operational excellence in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise unified communications or workplace tech environments.
• Strong expertise in voice, conferencing, AV, and global deployments.
• Proven ability to automate and scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, reliability, and evolution of enterprise voice and conferencing systems.
• Lead global office expansion and deployments for new sites and upgrades.
• Design and support AV infrastructure connectivity and workplace integrations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Workplace, and Exec Support teams.
• Create deployment playbooks and improve reliability and scalability.
