Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Staff Unified Communications Engineer to lead the evolution of our global communication and workplace technology infrastructure. You’ll ensure reliable, scalable voice, conferencing, and AV systems across offices worldwide.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Facilities teams, drive standards, and mentor engineers to uphold operational excellence as we expand the footprint of Databricks globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years supporting enterprise unified communications or workplace infra.
• Strong expertise in enterprise voice, conferencing, and AV environments.
• Experience with QoS, media optimization, and large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, reliability, and evolution of enterprise voice and workplace systems.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives for employees, executives, and global offices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable communication solutions.
