Stryker is seeking a Staff level UI/UX Designer for the Mako Robotics team. You will design intuitive interfaces for robotic-assisted hip surgery software, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specs for developers. You will work across engineering, product, and design to ensure usability and production readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and contribution to next-gen Mako technologies, with remote/hybrid/onsite flexibility subject to approval.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX or related field required.
• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop intuitive, high-quality software interfaces for Mako robotic-assisted surgery applications.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces, screen layouts, prototypes, and reusable UI components.
• Translate clinical workflows and user needs into clear, production-ready UI specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
