Job summary

Rite of Passage in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Training Specialist to lead staff training and student training for the program. The role reports to the Program Director and may supervise training staff.

You will schedule annual and ongoing training to meet licensing and ROP standards, coordinate across departments, prepare KPIs, and maintain training documentation while upholding Positive Operational Culture and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least four years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience (two in supervision).
• Must be familiar with Rite of Passage procedures, policies, and program implementation.
• Instructor certifications in CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and oversees annual and ongoing staff training for licensing and compliance.
• Identifies employees on improvement plans and provides necessary training.
• Coordinates training across departments and after-hours as needed.
• Conducts student training as directed and required.
• Maintains training records and KPIs.
