Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking an ORR Trainer (English/Spanish) at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona, to train ORR staff on policy changes and program execution. The role reports to the Assistant Program Director with regional compliance oversight, supporting a mission to improve youth lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of related experience.
• Instructor certifications: CPR/First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics and JIREH certified (if required).

Responsibilities

• ORR Trainer will ensure ORR staff are trained on ORR policies.
• Audit staff records, processes and deliverables for training needs and compliance.
• Report to Assistant Program Director/Program Manager with regional supervision alignment.
