You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, provide expert guidance, and implement corrective actions. A law degree and experience with juvenile placement agencies are key, with Arizona licensure

Qualifications

• Law degree required.
• Arizona licensure preferred but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of CARF and PREA regulations.
• Experience with juvenile placement agencies.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and medical tests.

Responsabilités

• Conduct audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across facilities to ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with PREA and CARF accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to mitigate compliance vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical assistance and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Support the management team to ensure success across all sites.
